How this book and its resources will reach you – and how they won't.

No social media

This book and its resources will not be promoted on social media. Students and teachers already carry enough pressure from their screens, and I don't want to add to it.

Holding the name, nothing more

I hold the name constructiontechnology.ie (or something close to it) on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat so that nobody else can use it. Each account carries one pinned statement pointing to this website, and nothing else. There is nothing to follow.

Everything is here

This website is the single place for everything: the book, the posters, the teacher resources and the student pages. If you register your interest, you will hear from me by plain email, written by hand, a few times a year. No campaigns, and no tracking beyond what Squarespace does by default – the privacy policy explains that.

Built for learning in the age of AI

The teaching package is designed for learning in the age of AI: reasoning, judgement and making things with your hands come before screen time. The classroom resources are built to be printed and used in the room, not scrolled.

In short: no feeds, no campaigns, no tracking. One website, and an email from me now and then.
